Due to the nature of group travel, we must secure room blocks and pay vendors in advance to guarantee availability and pricing for the group. Because we do not receive refunds on these pre-paid arrangements, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations. This is why we strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your investment.
Are refunds available?
No refunds are available due to non-refundable deposits required for room blocks and vendor bookings. We must secure and pay for accommodations, transportation, and activities in advance to guarantee the group experience and pricing. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may require trip cancellation.

Yes, a valid passport is required for travel to Mexico. Make sure it’s valid for at least 6 months from travel date.
What if I need to fly in from out of state?
You’re welcome to fly into Phoenix and join the group departure. We can help coordinate timing.
