By participating in any Boss Divas Travel (BDT) tour or excursion, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding photography and videography:

1. Photography & Videography Notice
   BDT reserves the right to photograph and/or videotape all tours and excursions in their entirety. These recordings may include group activities, scenic shots, and other moments captured throughout the experience.
2. Ownership & Commercial Rights
   All still images and video content captured by BDT during any tour or excursion are the exclusive property of BDT. BDT retains full commercial rights, including but not limited to the right to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, and display such content for promotional, marketing, advertising, and editorial purposes across its own platforms, including social media, print materials, and third-party collaborations.
3. Consent to Be Photographed & Videotaped
   Your participation in any BDT tour constitutes your express consent to be photographed and/or recorded. While we respect individual preferences, we cannot guarantee that any individual will not appear in media that includes group activities or scenic shots.
4. Opt-Out Policy for Solo Imagery
   BDT will honor requests from participants who do not wish to be individually photographed or featured in solo video clips. However, due to the nature of group travel and public settings, full exclusion from all media is not possible.
5. No Compensation for Use of Likeness
   Participants acknowledge that they shall receive no financial compensation, royalties, or any other remuneration for the use of their image, voice, or likeness as part of BDT’s media content.
6. Duration of Consent
   This consent is perpetual and applies to all media captured during the tour. Participants waive any rights to inspect or approve the final media usage.
7. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
   In the event of a dispute regarding the use of photographic or video content, the parties agree to first seek resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and the United States of America.

By joining a BDT tour, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms stated above.
